Prior to the retreat we will seek to appreciate your individual challenges and goals through a consultation (online or telephone) with our Movement Specialist - Physiotherapist Phillipa Butler. A musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a vast array of experience, Phillipa is passionate about health optimisation through a variety of lifestyle management techniques and mitigating the effects of the menopause through movement, mindful practices and wholesome nutrition.
Once 'on retreat' you can relax in a 'fairytale' Setting and transition seamlessly into your program. There will be: delicious and nutritious meals, up to 3 hours of Pilates/Yoga per day, use of Private Pool and hot tub. At the same time you will have the option to choose a Physical Fitness and Lifestyle Review, Personal Coaching or Therapeutic Massage. We aim for you to leave happy, healthy and positive, with great memories and empowered on your continued journey to optimal health and wellbeing.
