You will be directed to acuity scheduling, choose your preferred session. You will then be able to access our online schedule, make your choice and proceed to payment.
You will receive an email containing the class link to 'join' a session via Zoom. You will be required to down load the zoom app and 'join by video' and 'join using computer audio'. Support@Zoom has all the information you need to set up. If you need assistance drop us an email we are happy to help you get set up.
Acuity is partnered with Stripe to enable you to pay safely on line. All major credit/debit cards are supported. No card details are stored by Precizion Ltd and there is no additional cost to customers.
We have a variety of packages available including drop in sessions and courses, and our memberships are for a minimum of three months. 30 days notification by email is required should you with to cancel your membership thereafter.
We require you to submit a completed online registration form and either; join a taster session, attend one of our courses or watch our safety video before joining our classes.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund please contact Precizion Ltd by email. Refunds can take up to 5-10 business days and you will be notified immediately when a refund is initiated.

You are required to complete the registration information on booking your first session and in the event that your health changes. The form can be accessed retrospectively via your confirmation email using the button EDIT FORMS.
